1. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship throughout New Zealand and to Australia. If you’re located somewhere else, please get in touch and we’ll be happy to see what shipping options are available.
2. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
We’ll prepare and send your order as soon as possible. Delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected. Tracking details will be provided where available.
4. How will my order be packaged?
Every Thought of You order is packed with care. We want your order to arrive safely and feel just as lovely to receive as it was to choose.
5. Can I send an order directly as a gift?
Absolutely. You can have your order delivered directly to someone special by entering their address as the delivery address at checkout.
6. Can I add a personal message to my order?
We’d love to help make your gift a little more personal. Where this option is available, you can include a short message with your order.
7. What if I need to change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been packed or dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to help. Once an order has been sent, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
8. What if my order arrives damaged or something isn’t right?
Please contact us as soon as you can and include your order details and photos of the issue. We’ll review it and work with you to find an appropriate solution.
